    Der weit überwiegende Teil an sexuellen Übergriffen kommt in der Familie und im bekanntenkreis vor.
    "Fremde" bei ca. 20% der Fälle. Und das sind dann natürlich nicht alles Ausländer.....

    Das habe ich auf die schnelle gefunden. Vielleicht hat jemand was aktuelleres parat?

    Bei Straftaten gegen die sexuelle Selbstbestimmung (wounter Sexualdelikte fallen) lag 2019 zum Beispiel bei männlichen Opfern ein Anteil von etwa 12,5 % „Familie/Partner“, 45,7 % „informelle Beziehung“ (Bekannte/Freunde) und 20 % „keine Beziehung“; bei weiblichen Opfern 28,4 % „Familie/Partner“, 48 % „informelle Beziehung“ und 13,4 % „keine Beziehung“.

    Kindlicher Missbrauch – Bekannte und Angehörige

    Für sexuellen Missbrauch von Kindern zeigt das Lagebild zu sexualisierten Straftaten gegen Kinder und Jugendliche:

    • In mehr als der Hälfte (ca. 57 %) der polizeibekannten Fälle bestand zwischen Opfer und Täter eine Vorbeziehung (z. B. Familie, Bekannte, andere Bezugsperson).
      Das bedeutet für diese Deliktgruppe, dass weit über die Hälfte der bekannten Fälle nicht von Fremden, sondern von Personen aus dem sozialen Umfeld des Kindes begangen werden.
